I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the value for money is excellent given the proximity to the airport and the clean, spacious rooms. The cigar lounge was a nice touch too. However, I encountered unprofessional service from some staff members which definitely put a damper on my stay. If they improved their customer service, it would be a much more enjoyable experience.
